In your role as a strategic Employee Relations (ER) expert, you will join our dynamic global ER team, taking on a high-impact position that spans various regions.
With your extensive experience in common law jurisdictions, you'll develop scalable ER programs that enhance both employee experiences and business outcomes.
You'll be part of a team renowned for its deep ER expertise and forward-thinking strategies, utilizing AI and data-driven tools to advance employee advocacy, risk management, and scalable solution strategies.
Your work will involve resolving complex people challenges through a data-informed lens while mentoring leaders and employees with empathy and care, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
This role is based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays.
Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.

What you'll achieve
Serve as a senior leader in the ER team, building and elevating the global ER strategy, with emphasis on EMEA, including Warsaw, the DACH region, and Ireland.
Lead complex employee relations matters involving allegations of misconduct, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Offer strategic coaching and guidance to senior leaders and the People Team, ensuring fair employee outcomes that align with organizational values.
Implement advanced negotiation and mediation techniques to resolve disputes and restore relationships, mitigating formal legal claims.
Conduct comprehensive investigations with adherence to local legal standards and best practices in procedural fairness.
Identify systemic trends through analysis and propose solutions to enhance culture and manager capabilities.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security, and the People Team to harmonize ER practices, contributing to policy development and cultural alignment.
Design and implement scalable ER frameworks and training programs suited to the EMEA landscape.
About you
Extensive experience in HR or Legal roles, specializing in Employee Relations within a fast-paced, global setting.
Expertise in common law regions as well as civil law regions, with knowledge of employment law and dispute resolution frameworks.
Advanced negotiation and mediation skills, capable of managing conflict and influencing outcomes, while maintaining fairness and confidentiality.
High emotional intelligence and a trauma-informed approach to employee care, handling complex issues including harassment and discrimination grievances.
Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex legal information into actionable insights.
Proven ability to develop and scale ER processes, advising leaders on strategy, risk, and culture.Independence in decision-making with sound judgment in high-pressure, ambiguous scenarios.
Familiarity with case management systems and competence in data analysis and reporting.
Preferred but not required:
Certification in mediation, conflict resolution, workplace investigations, or employment law.
Experience in ER contexts within both EMEA and the US.

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role.
To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $137,000-$149,000 EUR.
The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
