Job Summary:Our organization seeks an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join its HR Operations team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of employee relations practices and employment law within the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices.
- Conduct confidential investigations on HR-related concerns, analyze evidence, and make investigative conclusions.
- Provide expert advice to HR Business Partners and business leaders on ER matters, ensuring regional employment law compliance.
- Curate and deliver relevant training to improve the effectiveness of HRBPs and leaders in managing employee relations issues.
- Collaborate with key partners to analyze ER data, identify trends, and develop solutions to address root causes.
The successful candidate will possess:
- 4+ years of experience in employee relations, particularly within the EMEA region.
- Strong experience in partnering with stakeholders and working effectively in teams.
- In-depth understanding of EMEA employment laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to make sound judgments in complex situations.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
