Job Title: Employee Relations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our employee relations team, providing strategic support to managers and employees across multiple jurisdictions.

  2. As an Employee Relations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who work with employees and managers to resolve performance management, grievances, and other employment-related issues.

  3. You will provide strategic support to business leaders, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive proactive outcomes.

  7. Additionally, you will contribute to the design and delivery of learning programs, workshops, and other activities to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
