Job Title: Employee Relations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our employee relations team, providing strategic support to managers and employees across multiple jurisdictions.

  2. As an Employee Relations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who work with employees and managers to resolve performance management, grievances, and other employment-related issues.
