Payment Processing Analyst
Salary:
24 Euro per hour
Contract:
6-month contract with potential extension
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of transactions, assisting Relationship Managers with client transactions; facilitate end-to-end debt issuance processes into capital markets.
Set up new transactions in bank systems for record keeping, document handling, and revenue management within deadlines.
Handle post-closing administration for transactions as Trustee, Paying Agent, Custodian, etc.
Maintain internal controls and ensure accurate record keeping, meeting deadlines.
Make payments, handle account openings, monitor deal events, and assist with deal maintenance.
Communicate with internal and external clients and resolve queries.
Support team with ad hoc tasks like corporate actions and report collation.
Your Skills and Experience
Minimum A level or equivalent qualifications.
Understanding of global financial services and debt capital markets.
Knowledge of payment processing, trustee services, clearing systems, and loan administration.
Strong client relationship skills and stakeholder management.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to use initiative.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Foreign language skills such as German, Spanish, Italian, or French are beneficial.
