Top Financial Services Company is looking for a candidate with experience in Client Services, Payments, or someone just out of University looking to kick start their career.

Payment Processing Analyst

Salary: 24 Euro per hour

Contract: 6-month contract with potential extension

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of transactions, assisting Relationship Managers with client transactions; facilitate end-to-end debt issuance processes into capital markets.
  • Set up new transactions in bank systems for record keeping, document handling, and revenue management within deadlines.
  • Handle post-closing administration for transactions as Trustee, Paying Agent, Custodian, etc.
  • Maintain internal controls and ensure accurate record keeping, meeting deadlines.
  • Make payments, handle account openings, monitor deal events, and assist with deal maintenance.
  • Communicate with internal and external clients and resolve queries.
  • Support team with ad hoc tasks like corporate actions and report collation.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Minimum A level or equivalent qualifications.
  • Understanding of global financial services and debt capital markets.
  • Knowledge of payment processing, trustee services, clearing systems, and loan administration.
  • Strong client relationship skills and stakeholder management.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to use initiative.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Foreign language skills such as German, Spanish, Italian, or French are beneficial.
