What you will be doing:
Be the backbone of our Meetings and Events: You will be at the heart of our successful Meetings & Events sales team, ensuring a seamless experience for all our clients.
From the initial enquiry to the final successful event, you will play a key role in making it happen in this fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Customer Champion: You will be the go-to person for our clients, managing relationships, handling enquiries, and ensuring all their needs are met.
Your excellent communication skills will shine as you work with clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
The Go-to Coordinator: You'll be responsible for the details that make an event successful, including managing function sheets, billing, coordinating with operational teams, and arranging catering.
Collaborate and Grow: Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll work closely with all managers from reservations to operations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and building a foundation for future career growth.
Showcase our Property: You'll have the opportunity to lead property show-arounds, highlighting our facilities.
