Accounts & Operations Assistant Location: Bray, Co.Wicklow Reports to:CFO Type:Full-time - Standard 9-5 Monday Friday & no remote working option About Datarch Datarch is a leading strategic data management provider in Ireland, established in ****.As a wholly Irish-owned company, Datarch has built a strong reputation for delivering secure, innovative data provisioning and storage solutions to clients across Ireland, Europe, the Middle East, and America.Our independence allows us to select the best technologies for our clients without manufacturer constraints.In addition to our core data services, Datarch operates Cartforge, a specialist division focused on the design and manufacture of high-quality crash carts and advanced commercial machinery.Cartforge is renowned for its commitment to excellence, delivering durable and functional products that enhance operational efficiency and workplace safety across diverse industries.About the Role Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support both our Finance and Operations teams.This is a multi-functional role suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to grow their skills across departments.Youll be part of a supportive team where training and development are part of the journey.Key Responsibilities Financial Assist with accounts payable and receivable using Sage Line 50 Raise client invoices and match purchase orders Support VIES and Intrastat reporting Contribute to month-end and annual financial reports Operations Provide sales support and process orders Issue purchase orders and liaise with suppliers Coordinate courier bookings and deliveries Maintain records and assist with inventory tracking Support cross-functional teams with general admin tasks Skills & Experience 35 years experience in a finance or admin role (or similar) Comfortable using Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good communicator and team player Willingness to learn and grow across departments What We Offer A collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunity to work across multiple business functions Career Progression Competitive salary Benefits: Parking
