Job Title: Sales & Account ExecutiveReports to: Sales Manager – Major AccountsCompany:Brennan & Co SVSThe Brennan & Co Group, founded in Dublin in ****, incorporates four companies –Brennan & Co,Brennan & Co NI,Brennan & Co SVSandIrish Power and Process Ltd.The Group is a market leader in the supply and servicing of equipment, reagents and consumables along with supply chain management to the Life Sciences, Healthcare, Industrial and Pharmacy sectors in Ireland, Europe and Asia.At our heart we have always had a focus on our people.Our suppliers, our customers and our employees.We value innovation, exceptional customer service and quality in all we do.We are a dedicated team of professionals who love what we do and the people we work with.Join us on our journey to grow our business while maintaining our core values of accountability, honesty, respect and communications.WHY THIS ROLE EXISTSThe Sales & Account Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the existing Key Account Management team in expanding sales to existing customers and generating new leads.This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication & administration skills and a strong sales acumen.We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales & Account Executive to join our growing team.This role is perfect for someone eager to launch their sales career.Within the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in generating and nurturing leads, ensuring a robust sales pipeline for the team.TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat or new business.Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.Qualify leads and conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs.Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to the Sales team.Meet and exceed individual targets for lead generation and sales pipeline contribution.Follow up on inbound enquiries.Collaborate with the marketing and existing CSR team to achieve targets and objectives.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals where relevantStay informed about industry trends and market conditions.Participate in marketing & customer service meetings and product training sessions.SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREDCommunication Skills:Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.Customer Focus:Strong commitment to meeting customer needs and providing excellent service.Sales Acumen:Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.Relationship Building:Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.Problem-Solving:Aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions.Time Management:Efficiently manage time and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.Adaptability:Flexibility to adjust to changing market conditions and customer needs.Team Collaboration:Work effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.Technical Proficiency:Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools.Resilience:Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.Willingness to go above and beyond to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role.Preferred but not essentialStrong understanding of sales principles and techniques.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Full clean Irish drivers license.What we can offer youA competitive Salary5% Pension contributions (following probation)Flexible working options (following probation)Death in Service BenefitIncome ProtectionMaternity & Paternity Leave PaymentEmployee Assistance ProgrammeMonthly Social Events
