I have a unique opportunity for a Surgical Sales Specialist who is coming from an Arthroscopy Surgical environment.Based in Dublin, we need an established Sales Rep who can launch my client's new Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy Solutions into the Irish Market.Full training on the devices is provided, but you will need to have worked in Surgical Sales for at least 5 Years.Depending on your level of experience and expertise, we are willing to build a Package (€) which will motivate you to put the time in required to launch a new Surgical Solution across Ireland.Job Title:Territory Account ManagerTerritory:Dublin / LeinsterPackage:Full Time / Permanent(€) Basic Dependent on ExperienceCommission (€20k+)Company Car (Fully Expensed)Pension (5%)Health InsuranceLife AssuranceLunch Allowance (€***** / Day) Tax FreeMobile Phone, LaptopPaid Annual Leave (23 Days Plus Public Holidays)Role:The Territory Manager will achieve sales and market share objectives by selling and demonstrating a new range of Ortho Surgical Devices to a specific customer base of hospitals across the Territory.Duties:Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnershipsAchievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basisAssist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial inquiriesBusiness planning and implementation throughout the area of responsibilityDevelopment of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potentialProvide feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplaceImplementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within the area of responsibilityAttendance at relevant conferences and meetingsProducts:Arthroscopy Surgical SolutionsCustomers:Orthopaedic Surgeons, Theatre Staff, and Procurement across the Territory (Private & HSE)Experience:5 Years Plus Surgical Sales ExperienceFull Clean Driving LicenseA Nursing (RGN) / Medical background (Desirable)Specific experience with Arthroscopy Products essentialPersonal Characteristics:Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to identify opportunities and rise to the challenge of securing themSales focused with communication & influencing skills at an advanced levelAbility to create a positive impact and convey confidence and credibility to others in a Clinical EnvironmentDriven by a desire to succeed and a work ethos to matchThe Motivation to overcome setbacks and rise to a challengeIndependent Search Solutions (ISS Ltd)is an Equal Opportunities Employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.We are committed to providing a fair and inclusive employment environment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
