Versatile Bathroom & Tiles, located in Navan, is a design-led supplier of premium bathroom and tile solutions.We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences through stylish product ranges, expert advice, and a strong brand presence.We're now looking for a Digital Marketing Administrator to take full ownership of our digital marketing efforts.If you're a self-starter with a flair for creativity and strategic thinking—and want to make a real impact—this is your chance to shape the future of our digital presence.Role OverviewAs our Digital Marketing Administrator, you will lead the end-to-end development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.From social media and SEO to email marketing and influencer collaboration, you'll oversee all digital touchpoints, working directly with the company owner and external collaborators to elevate our brand online.Key ResponsibilitiesLead digital marketing initiatives, offering high-level insights and data-driven strategies to company leadership.Oversee and optimise our social media presence—organic and paid—across all platforms.Manage and continuously improve SEO strategy including content planning, execution, and keyword optimisation.Co-Ordinate company website, ensuring content is engaging, SEO-friendly, and up to date.Create high-quality social media content, including design and user-generated style content.Plan and execute email marketing campaigns with a strong focus on capturing and using first-party customer data.Coordinate with freelancers, influencers, and agencies across different markets and projects.Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, and report key insights with actionable recommendations.Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep Versatile ahead of the curve.Contribute to creating personalised customer journeys to enhance the user experience and increase engagement.Requirements & SkillsProven experience in a Digital Marketing or Administrator role.Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.Skilled in Canva or similar design tools.Confident in using platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.Experience with social media content creation, community engagement, and post-scheduling.Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex digital strategies to non-marketing stakeholders.Strong project coordination skills with a track record of managing multiple campaigns or collaborators.Analytical thinker with a passion for leveraging data to drive decisions.Experience or interest in the interior design, bathroom, or tile industry is a plus.Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance content creation, productivity, and automation.Preferred QualificationsDegree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a design or retail environment.Full working visa for Ireland.Full driver's license (own car not essential).Job Type: Full-timePay: €28,******-€35,****** per yearBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
