Your mission With a customer and product-centric mindset, you will own a book of business in SoSafe's customer base and ensure their success with SoSafe's product suite.
You will be accountable for building relationships, and delivering customer value, to ensure retention and drive growth.
Your duties in our Customer Success team will include: Advising customers on cyber security awareness measuresHandling security awareness campaigns with SoSafe's customers, and highlighting ROIConception and completion of business reviewsHandling commercial negotiations (including renewals and upsells)Proactive assistance of customers in achieving their goalsContribute feedback to our product development team as the voice of the customerLeverage relationships to identify key reference and case study candidatesYour profile You are customer-centric2+ years of practical experience as a Customer Success Manager or other customer facing & quota carrying roleExcellent written and verbal communication in EnglishYou are confident discussing commercial details with customers (renewals and upsells)You can oversee multiple internal and external stakeholders across a variety of customers and projectsExperience in a SaaS environment, and eager to continue learning about evolving technologyYou are a team player and want to be a part of a team that learns from one anotherWhy us?
