Responsibilities
Conduct inspections on existing and new properties.
Collect and record detailed information about the condition of the properties, including any damage or repair needs.
Document all aspects of the property through photographs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections conducted, using property management systems and internal reporting tools.
Determine which area of the company needs to be involved after the inspection.
Generate monthly productivity indicators related to inspections.
Adapt the approach to properties or clients according to the specific reason for each inspection request.
Collaborate with the commercial team to verify property vacancy and abandonment, and assist in reopening and selling.
Work closely with the customer experience, collections, and maintenance teams.
Use a mobile phone with internet access for carrying out job responsibilities.

Basic maintenance knowledge: Understand the common issues that can arise in properties and how they occur.
Experience / Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in property management or related field is an advantage.
Proficiency in Excel and utilization of inspection platforms.
Technical knowledge in property inspections.
Intermediate English (mandatory) and Spanish (desirable).
