OverviewJob title:Learning Products SpecialistReports to:Learning Products ManagerLocation:Dublin or ReadingPurpose of the role:This role is part of the Leadership, Talent Development & Culture function and will be responsible for leading the design and development of high-quality learning products and programmes across various formats.This role will work closely with L&D delivery teams and P&C leaders to create engaging and effective global learning products that meets the needs of the organisation and leaves a lasting positive impact on colleague engagement and performance.Key responsibilitiesAccountable for leading training needs analyses to inform learning product strategy and priorities, and to inform clear outcome statements linked to demonstrating clear ROI.Lead the development of complex, global learning solutions – managing the end-to-end process from discovery to design to implementation to evaluation and continuous improvement.Build a strong global stakeholder network to gather ongoing insight as well as to pilot and test learning solutions - reshaping as necessary.Partner closely with in-country teams to ensure Primark maximise country specific learning grants and funding for colleague development – ensuring we meet government requirements and governance.Build engaging learning products and supporting materials across various formats, including learning modules, workshops, videos, job aids, and facilitator guides.Collaborate closely with P&C leaders and business leaders to gather information and ensure learning product accuracy, relevance, and impact.Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning solutions.Lead the upskilling of colleagues globally to implement learning products and solutions through an extensive 'train the trainer' or 'coach the coach' model.Use authoring tools and other software to develop interactive learning materials, as well as adhering to Primark's branding guidelines and style guides.Oversee and quality assure Primark's global learning content library, ensuring content is up-to-date, accessible, and impactful.Oversee the continuous improvement and maintenance of global learning products as needed to ensure content is current, accurate and delivering tangible results.Create communications and engagement strategies to enable the effective delivery of learning programmes and products.Build and execute evaluation processes to review the effectiveness and ROI of learning products and programmes – using insight to adapt and adjust products to maximise business impact.Lead supplier relationships to ensure solutions and services delivered are fit for purpose and delivering real value.Stay update to date with the latest trends and innovations in learning technologies and instructional design and incorporate best practices into product development.Our ValuesEvery person impacts the culture at Primark.Our values: Caring (we always strive to put people first), Dynamic (we bravely push the boundaries to stay ahead) and Together (we learn more, laugh more and achieve more as a team) outline how we work with each other, our suppliers, and our partners.We want to continue to create amazing cultures across Primark and need everyone to play their part in making this happen by living our values.Skills and experienceProven (5+ years') experience in L&D - leading the design, implementation and evaluation of learning products and programmes.Proven ability in developing strong stakeholder networks and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.Proven experience in designing, developing and implementing complex learning programmes with clear ROI data.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.Strong proficiency in various learning technologies and authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.Project management experience and a demonstrated understanding of HR Strategy.Clear passion and energy for developing people.#J-*****-Ljbffr
