The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that support employee growth and management development. This includes onboarding for new management roles and ongoing upskilling initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Creation, implementation and delivery of new & existing training solutions, content, policies & procedures for employee and management development

End to end ownership of planning and execution for assigned projects, including design and delivery of various product and tool training programs

Creation and execution of closed-loop feedback mechanisms to determine efficiency and impact

Working with diverse stakeholders to conduct organisational, departmental, and individual training needs analysis and design solutions accordingly

Identification of trends and development opportunities to drive continuous improvement

Ensure all required staff have the necessary knowledge once training is rolled out and complete

Ensure training solutions are in place for succession planning and employee development towards management roles

Point of contact and advisory to operations on employee enhancement & development

Produce standard and ad-hoc training reports as needed.

L&D knowledge expert for operational & support function management

Review measurement tools, metrics and feedback to gauge training effectiveness

Work with and deploy learning solutions via our internal learning management system

Required to be flexible and adaptable to various activities daily and have flexible working hours

This role may involve domestic & international travel to company events, conferences, and clients

Candidate Experience:

At least 1 year in a management role with training experience and/or minimum 2 years in an L&D position (Essential)

Previous mentoring/coaching experience

Qualification in Learning and Development highly desirable

Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Proven people management skills with record of delivering and transferring knowledge via training

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Capability to analyse data

Experience developing content for virtual/self-paced learning solutions
