It has evolved to include functions such as EMS Contract to Pay.
The Enterprise Meeting Services Contract to Pay (EMS) team supports Lilly Meeting Owners with meeting planning, oversight, HCP contracts, payments, and reporting of transfer of value (TOV) to ensure compliance with EFPIA Disclosure Code.
The Lilly Meetings & Congresses teams assist with meeting oversight, while EMS handles HCP contracting, payments, expense reimbursements, and compliance support.
The EMS team collaborates cross-functionally with key partners within GBS, the Global and International Meetings & Congresses network, and other functions such as Global Transparency, Global Customer Operations, and Ethics & Compliance.
Responsibilities:
The EMS Expert Specialist primarily provides contracting and payment support to external Healthcare Professionals and internal partners.
Serve as a primary resource for Contracting to Pay queries from external HCPs and internal teams.
Deliver excellent customer service through end-to-end coordination and execution of the Contract to Pay process, including pre-contract data management.
Resolve issues efficiently across the Contract to Pay process, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Adhere to Anti-Corruption policies when engaging with HCPs.
Support data capture for Lilly's TOV disclosures, including data correction and reporting.
Monitor daily dashboards to ensure SLA compliance.
Contribute to global/regional EMS projects focusing on the Contract to Pay process and data management.
Assist the EMS team by providing flexibility, training, and coverage as needed, including support for other markets and languages when appropriate.
Basic Requirements:
2-3 years of customer-facing experience with strong communication and compliance skills.
Experience in legal, contracting, travel, or meetings support is advantageous.
Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience with Salesforce, SAP P2P, and MS Office; familiarity with contracting systems is beneficial.
