French Language Expert

We are seeking a skilled French Language Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a native French speaker with excellent communication skills in English to localise content and provide language support across various teams.
As a French Language Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all website copy, product descriptions, and marketing materials are accurate and culturally relevant. You will also work closely with the Customer Care team to answer French language enquiries and maintain Zendesk articles.
The ideal candidate will have translation and copywriting skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to learn and use new tools. They will also be organised, detail-oriented, and able to work flexibly as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Localise website copy and product descriptions
- Ensure key touchpoints are seasonally and culturally relevant
- Localise onsite top landing pages and experiences
- Provide language support for SEM paid search campaigns
- Schedule calendared discounts and adapt for the local market
- Localise & QA marketing emails and new or updated trigger/canvas campaigns
- Assist the Customer Care team with French language enquiries
- Maintain French language Zendesk articles
- Monitor 3rd-party review sites and respond to issues when needed
