All of our team also jointly work in our second business next door – Sugar Plum Sweetery.
For the right person we'll also have future opportunities to progress within the company and into different roles.
All of our Supervisors and Managers started off in this position and progressed on quickly into management roles.

If you'd like to join our team apply here with your CV today :-) Main Duties / Responsibilities Ensure an exceptional customer experience for our guests Greeting and assisting customers, serving food and drinks Multi-tasking various front-of-house duties e.g. taking orders / payment, clearing tables and cleaning duties, preparing food and drinks Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Implementing high standards across service, quality, hygiene and health and safety Knowledge / Skills Required: Customer obsessed approach Positive attitude, SUPER friendly, outgoing and professional manner – ability to warmly engage with our guests and create a comfortable atmosphere Excellent communication and organisational skills Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexible approach to working hours and duties e.g. working shifts, late evening and weekends required Fluent English (Required) Benefits Fun, friendly & fast paced environment Career progression within a growing business – future supervisor / manager positions available Discounted Lunches (Wholesome Kitchen) & Store Discount (Sugar Plum Sweetery)
