Asset Catalog & Data Quality: Maintain a complete catalog of IT assets and entitlements, ensuring data accuracy at all stages.
Deployment & Reclamation: Coordinate deployment and reclamation efforts with internal stakeholders.
Request Fulfillment: Manage software request intake and fulfillment.
Vendor & SaaS Oversight: Assist in managing vendor portals and software-as-a-service (SaaS) licenses.

Documentation & Governance: Maintain up-to-date documentation and steward applications through firm application onboarding processes.
Performance Review: Evaluate application investments and identify redundancies or underutilized assets.
Contract Management: Partner with business owners on current/future application needs and support contract renewals.
Optimization Strategies: Recommend and implement strategies to adapt to changing demand or market environments.
Roadmap Updates: Keep technology roadmaps current based on portfolio changes.
Qualifications

In-depth understanding of IT operating models, ITAM principles, and lifecycle planning
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
Strong communication, analytical, and planning capabilities
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across business and technical teams
Familiarity with advisory, audit, and tax industries or professional services operations is a plus
