Exciting opportunity for a
Senior Site Manager
to
relocate to Canada (Ontario/Toronto or Ottawa)
and join the
Building Division
of one of
Canada's Largest Main Contractors
(Circa $3 Billion turnover annually) to work across a mixed portfolio of
Healthcare, Airport, Defense, High-Rise, Commercial, and Educational projects
.
Duties:
Pre-Construction Management:
Creating project schedules, assessing requirements, reviewing contracts, and selecting subcontractors.
Construction Management:
Overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, managing site logistics, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Post Construction Management:
Handling warranty work, closing accounts, addressing deficiencies, and demobilizing the site.
Employee and Talent Management:
Supervising and developing direct reports, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and conducting performance assessments.
Opportunity Management:
Identifying new business opportunities and collaborating on proposals.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma/Trade in Construction or Engineering Discipline.
10 Years+ in Construction / Site Management for a Main Contractor in Ireland/UK.
Experience delivering projects with values €60 Million+.
Available to
relocate permanently to Canada
within 6-9 months.
Salary $175,000 to $220,000 CAD (Circa €120k to €150k) + Vehicle allowance
Generous relocation support package provided (Flights, Initial accommodation etc).
Work permit and visa costs paid for by the company.
