About the role
We're hiring for a long-established Irish main contractor.
Whether you're a
finishes specialist
or an
all-round Site Manager
who can take a job from shell & core through to handover, we want to hear from you.
You'll lead finishes and client handover on high-quality commercial, fit-out, hospitality and pharma projects.
Note:
Two positions available
— one in
Dublin
, one in
the South East
(please state your preferred location).
Key responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
Ensure works are carried out in compliance with planning, health & safety, and environmental standards, and to a high standard.
Prepare project, programme, and risk-management plans.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, operational staff, and site personnel.
Ensure compliance with building regulations.
Implement daily and weekly programmes and issue programme details to subcontractors.
What we're looking for
15+ years' experience in a similar role.
Proven delivery of high-end finishes and zero-defect handovers.
Strong coordination, programming, and problem-solving skills.
Confident reading drawings/specifications; familiar with digital snag/QA tools.
Trade background (e.g., Carpentry) or relevant Construction/Engineering qualification.
Safe Pass and full, clean driving licence.
