About the Role We have an opportunity for a CSA Construction Engineer on a major data centre project in Dublin.
This is a key role leading a team focused on ensuring excellence in the delivery of a dynamic project environment.
About You You will be a dynamic, well-rounded engineer with a proven track record on large-scale projects, ensuring our data centre construction projects meet specified standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities Check works carried out and ensure quality control is maintained throughout.Work as part of the Quality team to ensure finished works meet required standards, managing quality against approved benchmarks, and coordinate with QA managers to ensure correct documentation is submitted timely by contractors.Liaise with subcontractors to track progress against schedule and conduct subcontractor meetings.Manage site documentation.Attend and actively participate in site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning, coordination, lookahead meetings, and handover meetings.Review drawings with the design team and resolve any issues effectively.Monitor and snag contractors' works to ensure installation as per approved drawings and specifications, aiming for zero defects.
Raise snag lists on the approved platform, conduct follow-up walks, and issue close-out reports in a timely manner per the QMS.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential.Ability to work independently and proactively.Minimum of 3 years' experience on large-scale projects.Experience with facades and fit-out projects.Previous data centre experience is advantageous.
