Legal PA | Dublin City | Hybrid | 45-50K
My client who is based in D2 are currently looking for a Legal PA to assist in supporting 2x partner in the litigation department.
The role will consist of PA/administration duties and would suit someone from a medium to large law firm background, with 3+ year's experience.
My client is offering Hybrid Working (4 days on-site/1 at home) + a great benefits package (Pension/Healthcare)
The role
The role is versatile and requires a proactive individual with a flexible approach, excellent attention to detail, an ability to build strong relationships and to remain calm under pressure.
The individual will have previous experience in a similar administrative role, demonstrating their flexibility to manage an ever-changing working environment.
What you'll do
Supporting team of Associates with admin duties (printing, doc amends etc)
Facilitating all client and internal meetings
Liaising with clients representatives to arrange local and international meetings
General administration including creation of letters; emails; updating memos; transaction documents; articles, pitch docs etc. in Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Updating and maintaining contacts lists
Liaise with Partners and Business Services departments including IT and Accounts
Matter management support including opening and closing files and client WIP updates
Matter Billing
Travel arrangements
Liaising with our travel management company with regards to flights, hotel accommodation, local transportation
Organising logistics for overseas travel including visas, local currency and transport within country of destination
Submitting and arranging reimbursement of expenses
Maintaining an accurate record of all travel
About you
Demonstrable level of experience supporting senior leadership within a professional services environment
Proficient use of MOS including Excel and PowerPoint
Dictaphone typing skills
Strong organisational skills
Confident and professional communication skills/manner at all levels
Excellent priortisation skills and acute attention to detail
Ability to use own initiative and remain calm under pressure
Proven team player
Pro-active and can do attitude
