Responsibilities:
Lead Business Analyst engagements with 9+ years of experience, managing a team of BAs.
Possess a strong understanding of the FS Advisory role, with prior experience in similar capacities.
Construct business models, perform cost-benefit analyses, and develop business process models.
Engage with business users to capture and document business process models using industry-standard frameworks and tools.
Translate business requirements into actionable changes for rapid technology delivery, ensuring quality by validating business needs.
Work on regulatory projects related to CPC, DMD, CCD, CCR, and EAA regulations.
Manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience in leading requirements gathering workshops and documenting RTMs, BIA's, BRD, specifications, Jira stories, requirements registries.
Analysis expertise during define and design phases.
Lead a team of business analysts through end-to-end BA processes.
Clear understanding of the roles of BA, product owner, project manager, and design architect.
Demonstrate thought leadership and best practices in BA team management.
Ensure quality and consistency of design artifacts.
