- Business Analyst with 9+ years of experience leading BA engagements and managing a team of BAs
- Good understanding of the FS Advisory role, having worked in a similar capacity earlier
- Lead advisory engagement constructing business models, conducting cost-benefit analysis, and business process modeling
- Engage business users to capture and document business process models using industry-standard frameworks and tools
- Translate business requirements into actionable changes for fast technology delivery. Ensure rigor in the process by challenging and validating business needs to improve deliverables' quality
- Experience in regulatory projects on CPC, DMD, CCD, CCR, and EAA regulations
- Senior stakeholder management required
- Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders at varying levels of complexity
- Lead business and technical workshops for requirements gathering
- Document and track RTMs, BIAs, BRDs, functional and technical specifications, Jira user stories, requirements registrars
- Analyze outputs during define and design phases
- Lead a team of business analysts on end-to-end BA processes
- Strong knowledge of BA roles versus product owner, project manager, and design architect
- Demonstrate thought leadership on best practices and BA team structure
- Manage quality and consistency of design artifacts
