Position: Business Analyst (Senior)
Over 9 years of experience leading Business Analyst engagements and managing teams of BAs.
Strong understanding of the FS Advisory role, with prior experience in similar capacities.
Lead advisory engagements, constructing business models, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and business process modeling.
Engage with business users to capture and document business process models using industry-standard frameworks and tools.
Translate business requirements into actionable changes for rapid technology delivery, ensuring rigor by challenging and validating business needs to improve deliverables.
Experience in regulatory projects related to CPC, DMD, CCD, CCR, and EAA regulations.
Senior stakeholder management skills required.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and business stakeholders across varying complexities.
Lead requirements gathering workshops for both business and technical teams.
Document and track RTMs, BIAs, BRDs, functional and technical specifications, Jira user stories, and requirements registries.
Analyze outputs during the define and design phases.
Lead a team of business analysts across end-to-end BA processes.
Strong knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of BAs versus product owners, project managers, and design architects.
Demonstrate thought leadership on best practices and BA team structures.
Ensure quality and consistency in design artifacts.
