This entry level role may be suitable for an individual studying for a Human Resources Qualification. Hours of work will be 3 days per week (a total of 24 hours per week), on occasion hours may increase due to business demands. Duties include but not limited to: Provide an administrative support function to the HR Manager. Employee Administration Management Undertaking pre-employment checks, i.e. references, logging of visa dates etc Assistance with the administering contracts of employment and disseminating starter packs Assisting with the Training function, such as scheduling training programmes, confirming attendees, updating the HR database etc. Preparing reports as directed by the HR Manager, e.g., monthly reports, sick leave, performance reviews, archiving, etc. Participating in relevant training and development programmes relevant to the HR function Management of staff uniforms & name badges.
