Post 2337 - Quality Supplier Coordinator Material Management department Full Time Permanent National Blood Centre, Jamess Street, Dublin 8 The IBTS is recruiting the full-time, permanent post of Quality Supplier Coordinator; based in the National Blood Centre, Jamess Street, Dublin 8. This is an exciting role within the Quality Directorate of the IBTS; the post-holder will be key to developing and embedding end-to-end co-ordination of suppliers of critical materials and services from a Quality and Regulatory perspective. Please see Job Description for further details. Essential Criteria: 1. Third level qualification in a scientific, quality or engineering field (other fields may be considered). Other qualifications in combination with significant industry experience may also be considered. 2. At least three years work experience in a medical/pharmaceutical organisation (other regulated industry experience will be considered). 3. Demonstrate experience in the management of critical suppliers. 4. Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills; with an ability to work in and promote teamwork in a demanding environment. 5. Demonstrate the ability to work independently with confidence and demonstrate strong decision making and influencing capabilities. 6. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and excellent IT skills. Desirable Criteria: 1. Experience in leading and performing supplier audits. 2. Experience in developing and reporting supplier performance KPIs. The salary scale attached to the post is the Clerical Grade VI scale: 55,644 to €67,981 (inc. LSI) pro rata per annum.
