Business Process Analyst / Program Manager VWe are seeking an experiencedProgram Managerto join a fast-paced, global operations team supportingtrust, safety, and content integrity initiatives.This role is ideal for someone with a strong program management background and experience incontent moderationor trust and safety operations.The individual will workcross-functionallyto supportoperational projects, process improvements, andday-to-day team managementwhile working closely with internal stakeholders.Sounds greatWhat will my day-to-day look like?Deliver projectsinvolving quantitative analysis, strategy development, and operational improvements withglobal cross-functional teams.Manage and improve day-to-day operationsagainst quality and efficiency targets.Analyze operational datato identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.Build strongpartnerships across teamsto enhance workflows and processes.Support the handling ofsensitive content, including potentially graphic or objectionable material.Assist incapacity planning, quality management, and project coordination.What do I need?5–7 years of experiencein operations, program management, management consulting, or a similar environmentContent moderationortrust and safety experienceExperiencemanaging projects end-to-endacross multiple stakeholders and functionsAbility to work with undefined issues requiringstrategic thinking and problem-solvingStrongcommunication skillswith technical and non-technical audiencesPreferred Qualifications:Experience withdata toolssuch asSQL, SAS, TableauCross-functional (XFN) collaborationExperience incontent moderation, trust and safety, or related operationsComfortable handlingsensitive or graphic contentThis opportunity is an 11-month contract, fully on-site in Bellbridge, Dublin, paying up to €128,000 per annum (pro rata).Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:Our company is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.#J-*****-Ljbffr
