SAP Business Administrator Drive Efficiency and Innovation Location: Dublin West Salary:€45,000 - €48,000 + 12% annual bonus Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days remote per week) Our client, a leading multinational, is seeking an experienced Business Administrator with strong SAP expertise to join their dynamic team in Dublin West. Key Responsibilities Administrative Excellence: Provide seamless administrative support across various business functions, ensuring operational efficiency. SAP Management: Handle SAP requisitions with precision, adhering to all financial and audit compliance requirements. Event & Training Coordination: Organise logistics for corporate events, employee training, and company-wide initiatives. Onboarding/Offboarding: Oversee employee transitions, ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding process. Fleet Administration: Manage fleet operations, liaising with external providers and maintaining accurate fleet data. Relocation Support: Act as the primary contact for relocation processes, including housing arrangements and work permits for assignees. Candidate Requirements Proven experience in a similar administrative role. SAP proficiency is mandatory. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
