Customer Service Representative – EveningsCREGG Recruitment are working with our client, based in Ballybrit, Galway, in hiring full time/permanentCustomer Service Representatives.Our client is an international medical device company.Please note this is an EVENING SHIFT role.ResponsibilitiesResponding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues which customers might have.Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.Complete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in-house procedures.Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.Hours of Work – Evening ShiftMonday – Friday17:*******:00€33,600 per year (inclusive of shift allowance)Job requirementsFluency in spoken and written English.Minimum 2 years' experience working in a Call Centre or Customer Service department.Strong communications skills.Excellent telephone and customer service skills.Contract TypeFull time (39 hours per week)We are interested in meeting candidates who are available with up to 2 weeks' notice.How to applyIf you are interested to work asCustomer Service Representative, please apply with your CV.#J-*****-Ljbffr
