Accommodation Manager - Luxury Hotel Wexford €45K We are currently recruiting for an Accommodation Manger for our client. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 4* / 5* property. In this property the Accommodation Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards, and lead the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be driven and have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a good project manager. Responsibilities: Managing, scheduling and developing a large dedicated team, maintaining excellent housekeeping standards around the property including rooms and public areas. Must have experience in managing payroll and budgets, training and development. Monitor Standard of work, ensuring the highest quality. Delegate the rooms to the accommodation / housekeeping employees. Develop employees to be ready for the next step in their careers. Ensure compliance with all H&S regulations both internally and externally. Monitor the cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel including the conference suite and leisure facilities. You will also be required to liaise with the Maintenance department to ensure the hotel standards are consistently high.
