About the role:
The Clinical Nurse Manager will work with the Director of Nursing to ensure a high standard of care.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to resident-focused care.
The role involves managing the day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing home and coordinating resident care and activities.
Ensuring quality care in compliance with HIQA regulations is fundamental.
This is a full-time position, 42 hours weekly, with 12-hour rotating shifts (3- and 4-week schedule).
Role responsibilities:
Quality of Care Responsibilities
Day-to-day supervision of care and nursing staff
Coordinate resident activities
Work within HIQA regulations
Role requirements:
Candidates must be registered with NMBI
Excellent clinical, leadership, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sound decision-making ability
Experience in elderly care
