A current NMBI registration
Experience in a senior nursing role or ready to step up
A warm, supportive leadership style with excellent communication skills
A solid understanding of HIQA standards and clinical best practices
A genuine passion for creating a positive, person-centred care environment
This role is perfect for a nurse who wants to grow in their career while making a real impact - supporting both staff and residents in a meaningful way every day.
