Beechfield Care Group is currently looking to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to assume responsibility for the care of residents at Glengara Park Nursing Home, Glenageary Rd, Glasthule, Dublin A96 H242.

About the role:

The Clinical Nurse Manager will work with the Director of Nursing to ensure a high standard of care. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to resident-focused care. The role involves managing the day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing home and coordinating resident care and activities. Ensuring quality care in compliance with HIQA regulations is fundamental. This is a full-time position, 42 hours weekly, with 12-hour rotating shifts (3- and 4-week schedule).

Role responsibilities:

  • Quality of Care Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day supervision of care and nursing staff
  • Coordinate resident activities
  • Work within HIQA regulations

Role requirements:

  • Candidates must be registered with NMBI
  • Excellent clinical, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound decision-making ability
  • Experience in elderly care
