ONNEC Group are a leading independent technology partner and global integrator, with over 30 years' experience, and an 800+ team of global experts, specialising in providing end-to-end connectivity solutions that propel organisations everywhere.From structured cabling to managed services, our end-to-end services give infrastructure that can be completely replied on.Design.Build.Deploy.Optimise.We offer a complete solution for business connectivity.We are a rapidly growing organisation and finding and retaining the highest calibre of people is fundamental to us for the success of our business, we work hard to create a challenging, supportive, and satisfying working environment for all our employees.ONNEC has successfully achieved the Investors in Diversity Silver Award for our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.ResponsibilitiesTo work with the Sales and Services Team to drive sales, to develop new customers and increase account penetration into the existing customer base through the ONNEC portfolio.Work directly with clients at a variety of levels, as well as internal subject matter experts.Establish relationships with multiple client stakeholders and secure deals with clients to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.Develop and maintain clear account plans for appropriate clients and targets, while scoping and documenting tailored solutions to meet each customer's requirements.Articulate our value propositions throughout all steps in the sales process.Delivery of written proposals.Presenting to clients with the ability to highlight our value proposition and business benefit.To be involved in technical and commercial proposals highlighting business benefit derived from technical advantage.To pick up knowledge of new technologies quickly and communicate technical detail to clients in an absorbable fashion.To attend education and training programs for ONNEC products and solutions.To build business relationships within key partners and develop/maintain relationships with strategic vendors included within ONNEC's core portfolio.To provide our customers with a point of ownership and accountability.Use CRM as a single source for pipeline management.What we're looking forDemonstrable knowledge across our strategic vendors portfolio.Must be comfortable working at 'C' level and Director Level customer.Become fully conversant with the competitive marketplace.Excellent communication reporting skills with both internal and external stakeholders.Must possess excellent organisational and time management skills, strives for efficiency and effectiveness.Self-starter who is self-motivated and highly resourceful.A good grasp of technology and innovation in the workplace.Articulate, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.Proven capability in delivering high quality customer presentations.Well-developed commercial and financial understanding, P&L understanding and risk management skills.Can manage complex, multi-work-stream opportunities and a solid understanding and management of internal governance procedures.If you feel you have the required skills and experience, clickapplynow to be considered as ourNetwork Solutions Sales Specialist– we'd love to hear from you#J-*****-Ljbffr
