Responsibilities
- To work with the Sales and Services Team to drive sales, to develop new customers and increase account penetration into the existing customer base through the ONNEC portfolio.
- Work directly with clients at a variety of levels, as well as internal subject matter experts.
- Establish relationships with multiple client stakeholders and secure deals with clients to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
- Develop and maintain clear account plans for appropriate clients and targets, while scoping and documenting tailored solutions to meet each customer’s requirements.
- Articulate our value propositions throughout all steps in the sales process.
- Delivery of written proposals.
- Presenting to clients with the ability to highlight our value proposition and business benefit.
- To be involved in technical and commercial proposals highlighting business benefit derived from technical advantage.
- To pick up knowledge of new technologies quickly and communicate technical detail to clients in an absorbable fashion.
- To attend education and training programs for ONNEC products and solutions.
- To build business relationships within key partners and develop/maintain relationships with strategic vendors included within ONNEC’s core portfolio.
- To provide our customers with a point of ownership and accountability.
- Use CRM as a single source for pipeline management.
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrable knowledge across our strategic vendors portfolio.
- Must be comfortable working at ‘C’ level and Director Level customer.
- Become fully conversant with the competitive marketplace.
- Excellent communication reporting skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Must possess excellent organisational and time management skills, strives for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Self-starter who is self-motivated and highly resourceful.
- A good grasp of technology and innovation in the workplace.
- Articulate, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Proven capability in delivering high quality customer presentations.
- Well-developed commercial and financial understanding, P&L understanding and risk management skills.
- Can manage complex, multi-work-stream opportunities and a solid understanding and management of internal governance procedures.
