
Business Partnership Manager

· Develop, prospect, manage and grow new AMIE business opportunities for AMAX.
· Manage sales cycles from lead qualification to opportunity conversion
· Create and maintain pipeline and account reports
· Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers, as necessary
· Contribute and maintain a thorough understanding of the processes, technology, products and services offered
· Coordinate, collaborate and strategize across marketing, technical and sales engineering, and supply chain teams
· Provide feedback (customer/prospect needs, industry trends, market perceptions, competitive intelligence, etc.) to marketing management teams
· Keep up with product, market and industry knowledge
· Proactively participate the plans with Management to grow AMAX's customer base and global market size including but not limited to the tradeshows, customer visits, sales strategies review, etc.
· Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
· 5+ years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
· Strong organization and project management skills.
· Ability to sell and influence people
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
· Can do attitude
