Overview
Our client is a high-growth SaaS business headquartered in Dublin, backed by an exceptional leadership team who have already navigated a successful trade sale to a global multinational.
With clear ambitions for a future sale or IPO, this business is entering an exciting strategic phase and seeking a Head of Finance to play a pivotal role in that journey.
Base pay range
€120,000–€150,000 per year

Ideal candidates may include:
Qualified accountants with 8+ years' experience
Prior experience in SaaS, tech, or PE-backed environments
Experience working in high-growth, scaling businesses
Commercially astute and confident in working directly with senior leadership
Role and reporting lines
This role reports directly to the CFO and works closely with the Director of FP&A and other C-suite leaders to guide strategic and financial decisions.
Strategic Planning
– Partnering with leadership on exit-readiness, value maximisation, and commercial strategy
Financial Oversight
– Budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
Board Engagement
– Preparation and presentation of financial performance to investors and board
Equity Planning
– Oversight of equity schemes and incentive planning alongside external advisors
Commercial Decision Support
– Providing data-driven insights to support operational and strategic decisions
Cash Flow Management
– Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and investment planning
Team Leadership
– Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Systems & Processes
– Drive finance transformation, automation, and reporting excellence
