Job Title: Sales Executive Work Location: Showroom Reports to: Dealer Principal Job Description: Assist customers that are seeking to purchase new or used vehicles and support and advise them throughout the process, with due consideration to their needs and budget. Responsibilities and Duties: Greet customers arriving at the dealership and deal with all sales enquiries in a professional and courteous manner Listen attentively to the customers requirements and budget and advise them accordingly of which vehicle(s) would best suit their needs Explain to the customer the vehicles main features, warranty period, service schedule and finance purchase options available as applicable Facilitate customer test drive of vehicle(s) ensure all vehicles are displayed in good, clean condition and adequately fuelled for test drives Ensure vehicle brochures and specification sheets are on display as appropriate and showroom is laid out to best showcase vehicles Appraise part exchanges and negotiate and close sales in a professional manner, fully explaining the purchase process to the customer Ensure customer leaves showroom happy and any aftersales queries are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner Actively participate in relevant marketing activities, in accordance with dealership and distributor campaigns Achieve dealership and distributor sales targets Undertake all training required/offered by the distributor and keep abreast of broader automotive industry developments in Ireland Role requires a full clean driving licence Skills: VEHICLE SALES
