In questo ruolo, che riporta al Site Manager, supporterà il team locale e remoto, in collaborazione diretta con l'Admin Coordinator.

Requisiti chiave:
Un minimo di 2 anni di esperienza nel supporto amministrativo in un ambiente ad ampio respiro internazionale.
Madrelingua italiana, richiesta buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Esperienza con MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, e utilizzo di PC.
Buone capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale.
In grado di dare priorità a più incarichi e capace di gestire autonomamente il proprio tempo e le attività.
Mansioni principali:
Supportare l'ufficio nella gestione quotidiana delle attività amministrative.
Organizzare e coordinare eventi aziendali, in sede e fuori sede.
Organizzare viaggi nazionali e internazionali.
Curare la logistica generale dell\'ufficio, con particolare focus sulla supervisione e gestione dei fornitori di servizi.
Collaborare con differenti Funzioni amministrative e operative interne: HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Payroll.
Collaborare con il fornitore esterno di servizi di sicurezza e prevenzione, in merito alla richiesta di corsi di formazione sulla sicurezza e alla organizzazione delle visite mediche periodiche.

Synopsys is currently searching for a full-time or part-time Office Administrative Assistant to support our team at the Pavia office, Italy.
This position is open to candidates belonging to categories under art. 1 of Italian Law 68/1999.

Successful candidates will have planning and work organization skills, ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time, attention to details, and a strong aptitude for responding promptly and efficiently to urgent matters.
In this role, reporting to the local Site Manager, you will be supporting local and remote team members, actively cooperating with the local Admin Coordinator.
This is an opportunity for an organized and motivated person, willing to be proactive in a very dynamic environment.
Key Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced, multicultural and globally focused environment.
Italian mother language, working knowledge of English required.
Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and using a PC.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to prioritize multiple assignments, with strong time management skills.
Job description:
Daily support to the office administrative activities.
Coordinating and managing Company events (both on and off site).
Coordinating domestic and international traveling.
Coordinating general office logistics, office supplies, with a dedicated focus on supervising service providers.
Working with other Synopsys teams (IT, Finance, Legal, HR, Facilities, Payroll) in order to support all the internal Functions.
Working with the external service provider for safety and security services (to enroll employees in mandatory safety training and medical visits).
