IT Support Engineer Contract | €220-€270/day | Dublin | HybridA client of mine is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team in Dublin. This hybrid role focuses on providing Level 2 support across Windows and Microsoft systems, while also contributing to cloud-based and security initiatives.Responsibilities:Provide Level 2 support for Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues, escalating when necessary.Assist in the deployment and maintenance of Azure-based services.Support network security tasks, including monitoring firewalls and VPNs.Participate in IT infrastructure projects such as migrations and upgrades.Document and resolve tickets efficiently, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.Collaborate with teams to improve IT processes and user experience.Requirements:4+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Windows environments.Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure services.Experience with networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security best practices.Familiarity with scripting tools like PowerShell is an advantage.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or CompTIA Security+ are desirable.If you're an IT Support Engineer eager to work on diverse projects in a flexible hybrid environment, or if you're open to other opportunities, please contact Jamie McCaul at Reperio Human Capital to start a conversation today.Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business
