This is a hybrid role – three days per week in our Dublin office.

What We're Looking For:

•JavaScript experience

•React experience

•A collaborative mindset, clear communication, and a focus on delivering user value
It'd be great if we could also see:

•Familiarity with TypeScript, CSS-in-JS, and state management

•Understanding of Micro Frontends (MFEs)

•Experience testing web applications with tools like Jest, React Testing Library (RTL), Playwright, or Chromatic/Storybook

•Awareness of accessibility principles and how assistive technologies interact with the browser
What your first year might look like:

•Learn our tools, technologies, and development workflows

•Contribute to small features with mentorship and code reviews

•Improve existing code and add tests to ensure stability

•Gradually take ownership of more complex tasks and features

•Use Innovation Fridays to build, refactor, or experiment freely

•Grow your knowledge with ongoing learning and peer support
