Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability through effective strategies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Provide training and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role in hospitality. A strong understanding of bar operations, mixology, and inventory management. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
