Project EngineerMayoAbout usAtlantach Technical Services is an engineering solutions company specialising in Project Management, Operations & Maintenance and Commissioning.Industries we work inSemi-Conductor | Pharma | Med Device | Datacentre | AutomotiveJoin Our teamAt Atlantach Technical Services,Ambitiondrives us to continuously improve and grow.Teamworkstrengthens our collaboration and respect.Successis achieved together.Join us in shaping your career, where ambition is realised, teamwork is at our core and success is celebrated.Currently we are looking for aProject Engineerto join us within the pharmaceutical sector inMayoDuties and Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple projects, consulting with the project team and all associated departments on site and ensuring work is completed to the specified quality, on time and within budget.Work in a safe manner and in compliance with all Health, Safety & Environment mandatory policies, standards, and proceduresSupport and adhere to personnel and manufacturing policies and proceduresAdhere to the Change Control Management System for all changes to the existing process or the implementation of new systemsAbility to drive change by assessing opportunities, present proposals, gain support from key stakeholders, assemble relevant team members, obtain finance, and manage budgetsAbility to write Design Specifications and complete IQ/OQ/PQ activities as part of project executionAbility to perform risk management, translate the results into action and execute the implementation plansPlan and prioritise workload to ensure that agreed deadlines are achievedOccasionally perform other engineering duties to support the operation, as the management may requireBe available to work outside core hours from time to time, to ensure project timelines are achievedTake ownership of projects, participating in the audits of the various regulatory agencies presenting to visitors as Subject Matter ExpertWork proactively and professionally with internal and external cross functional team members and third-party service providersAuthority:You have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice which could result in a risk of injury, have an environmental impact or risk to equipment and other personnel.Carry out your duties to meet Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements at all times.Requirements:Primary degree level education in Engineering (or equivalent combination of training and experience)Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience (Utilities or Manufacturing Equipment)Project Management training desirableExperience in Construction/Facility systems/Utility systems/Pharmaceutical Processing desirableExperience in commissioning desirableExperience in Pharmaceutical/Medical device desirableAt Atlantach we offer a highly competitive benefits package, including:Competitive salary and holiday entitlements.Flexible hours and remote working options; role dependant.Pension Scheme.Healthcare Insurance cover.Further education financial assistance.Access to a personal financial advisor.Bike to work scheme.Employee engagement and company-wide events.Atlantach Technical Services is an Equal Opportunities Employer
