The Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a key role in supporting the Restaurant Manager in delivering an exceptional guest dining experience, maintaining high operational standards, and leading a motivated team.

Our client is an award-winning hospitality group known for delivering outstanding food and beverage service in a stylish and welcoming environment.
The restaurant is part of a luxury property with a strong reputation for excellence, quality, and team development.
The Duties: Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to maintain excellent service standards.Oversee floor operations during service, handle customer feedback, and resolve issues efficiently.Assist with rota management, stock control, and ordering.Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.Uphold and enforce health and safety and hygiene standards.Assist in implementing marketing promotions and special events to drive revenue.The Requirements: Previous experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a busy, high-quality restaurant or hotel setting.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards.Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage busy service periods.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.Living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.Visa and relocation packages are not provided.The Salary & Benefits: Salary: €36,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) plus Tips (€100 to €150 a week)Opportunities for career progression within a luxury hotel group.Access to professional development and training programs.A dynamic and supportive working environment.
