Nutribio works closely with its customers to produce quality animal nutrition products that facilitate customer's success in target markets.Nutribio customizes the production process for each customer matching experience with innovation to meet each target.To find out more, look at our website on www.We are looking to fill a 6 month contract roles initially with a view to potentially being made permanent.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Working as part of Performance Nutrition Production team to enable smooth running of the PNP facility.· Set up the packing machine for the required product, including correct foil, correct weights, and correct settings by selecting the job on the machine.· Setting up the packing machine includes, forming tube, correct seal bars, foil alignment and setting of labels as well as the coder.· Set the check weigher machine which includes calibrating the weigher, checking sensors and belts and ensuring the outfeed is clear.· When machine starts, monitor, foil feed, weights of sachets, quality of sealing, quality of labels applied, and destination capacity.· Assist in packing the finished sachets into final pack size as per the plan.· Completing all documentation, including quality sheets, production plan, production records, taking and recording samples.· Ensuring that all machines are shut down properly including, no product in the system, and machine cleaned down.· Ensure that the workstation is kept clean and tidy throughout the day as well as cleaning down the area when the shift is finished.· Working in any part of the PNP facility as required· Ensuring that H&S & Quality standards are maintained· Reporting any plant or material issues to the production supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS , EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS· Standard Leaving Cert.education,· Qualification in mechanical or electrical trade an advantage but not essential.· Experienced running or assisting in packing powder product.KEY SKILLS AND CORE COMPETENCIES· Mechanical aptitude essential· Person with the ability to work in an organized fashion, a self-starter and motivated to ensure that the packing line runs continuously.· Certified and experienced for forklift and stacker an advantage.Job Type: Fixed termContract length: 6 monthsPay: Up to €****** per weekBenefits:Company eventsOn-site parkingApplication question(s):Ability to commute to Little Island (Own transport)Education:Leaving Certificate (required)Experience:Packing Line Operation: 1 year (required)Work Location: In person
