About your job
In this position, you play a key role in embedding agile ways of working across teams, programs, and functions.
You coach teams and leaders, facilitate agile ceremonies, and support the rollout of our agile operating model.
You help teams improve delivery flow, collaboration, and prioritization, while championing a culture of feedback, learning, and continuous improvement.
You work across the organization—not just in IT—to build agile capabilities and foster high-performing teams.
You're based in one of our key locations – Stockholm, Tampere, or Dublin.
You'll work in a hybrid setup, with flexibility to collaborate across borders and time zones.
Your profile
You bring hands-on experience with agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and you know how to coach teams and individuals at different stages of maturity.
You're comfortable facilitating workshops, retrospectives, and planning events, and you know how to turn agile theory into practical results.
A degree-level education is required.
You're a great communicator who builds trust and inspires change.
You lead with empathy, think strategically, and act with purpose.
You're curious, collaborative, and always looking for ways to improve.
You believe in people, and you know that real transformation happens when teams feel empowered and supported.
