OverviewConstruction - UK, MEP and Fire EngineeringWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (M&E) to play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale project in Galway city.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all Mechanical and Electrical aspects, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.ResponsibilitiesAttend project start-up meetings and manage all Mechanical and Electrical project requirements.Review and understand all project specifications and details.Collate and track technical submittals through to approval.Manage the labour tracker and maintain weekly progress reports, including changes and variations.Liaise with main contractors and the client's site team.Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant, equipment, and materials.Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are implemented and adhered to.Manage project handover processes and maintain document management systems.Schedule project-specific activities and ensure subcontractor performance meets timelines.Attend regular site and subcontractor meetings, actioning any key points raised.Communicate innovative project-specific solutions to senior management.Qualifications & ExperienceExtensive project management experience within the M&E industry.Proven track record of delivering large-scale M&E projects successfully, on time and within budget.Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams (PMs, Site Managers, Foremen, etc.).A qualification in Construction or Project Management is preferred.What's on OfferCompetitive salary package.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Employee Assistance Program.Health and wellness initiatives.Bike-to-Work Scheme.An inclusive and flexible working culture that supports innovation and growth.Our client is a progressive engineering consultancy with a focus on low-energy design, building performance, and Net Zero strategies.They are shaping the future of the built environment.Salary: €45,000 to €55,000 Per Annum •Sector: MEP and Fire Engineering •Contract Type: Full time •Town/City: Dublin#J-*****-Ljbffr
