We are recruiting a Receptionist for a Financial Services company based in Sandyford, Dublin 18 area. Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join the Dublin team on a 6 month contract. Key Responsibilities: Answer and distribute all telephone calls, taking clear notes and messages (2 receptionists on the front desk)Schedule and prepare Meeting Rooms for appointmentsMeet and greet clients and visitors as they arrive in the officeAttend to incoming and outgoing post and courier itemsAccept and check incoming supply ordersManage Reception and Meeting Room areas, maintain equipment and stationery suppliesAny other adhoc admin duties as assignedTasks include: Administration support where requiredManaging stock & StationaryManage Meeting Rooms/Reception.Managing some facilities functions/maintenance schedulesReview & Sign off Invoices including:Office Supplies, Kefron & CouriersManage Access Control: Fobs for employees & contractors.Arranging Kefron document collectionThe successful candidate is likely to be a bright, confident, multi-tasker with a good work ethic and excellent organisational skills.
Their personal presentation must be of the highest standard. Suitable candidates are likely to have previous Reception & Administration experience. On offer at this stage is a 6mth contract, long term requirements will be reviewed before the end of the contract. Rate is : €22ph. Hours are: Monday 9am-4.15pm, Tuesday 9am-4.15ph, Wednesday 9am-1.30pm, Thursday 9am – 5.15pm, Friday 9am- 4.15pm. Salary: €36036 This is a fully on-site role and travel and parking arrangements should be taken into consideration.
