Please note this is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.
What Does This Role Entail?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with a strong background in People programmes and initiatives, e.g. performance management, large scale transformations, talent initiatives etc The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing complex change initiatives aimed at driving performance improvement, enhancing employee learning and development, and achieving strategic business objectives.
Your Responsibilities
Programme Planning, Management and Oversight:
Lead cross-functional project teams and stakeholders in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects and initiatives, driving successful outcomes and adoption.
Deliver programmes end to end in partnership with the People team and wider business stakeholders to drive transformational change from learning and compliance initiatives, organisational development programmes, technology enhancements, performance enablement and talent initiatives.
Embed measures of success within all People programs to measure the effectiveness and impact of change initiatives on employee performance and business outcomes.
Change and Transformation:
Utilise change management best practices, methodologies, and templates related to people programmes ensuring effective engagement and adoption.
Identify potential risks, barriers, and resistance to change, and develop proactive mitigation strategies to overcome challenges and ensure successful change adoption.
Experience designing and executing communication, training and engagement plans for complex transformations.
Strong facilitation skills to bring diverse groups together during times of change.
Stakeholder Engagement and Management:
Ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders, People business partners, and employees.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across key business areas including navigating ambiguity and managing competing stakeholder priorities.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees, to foster engagement and alignment throughout the change process.
Key Expectations
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
Project/Program manager with experience working with senior executive stakeholders in program management, change management, and organizational development roles.
In-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a track record of successfully leading complex change initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prosci) preferred.
Highly analytical, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to support organizational change objectives.
